    • Material Consistency( Use fresh materials always and every time )<\/li>\n
    • Maintain clean premises to prevent contamination and growth of pathogens.<\/li>\n
    • Blend coco chips, and coco peat carefully for appropriate balance.<\/li>\n
    • Lab tests for quality control<\/li>\n
    • Packaging storing and shipping with high standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

      – Fresh Coco peat collects from coir mills as soon as it is separated from coir fiber. Fresh coco peat always gives a good volume of expansion.<\/p>\n

      – Take necessary precautions to prevent contamination of seeds and other foreign materials with coco peat.<\/p>\n

      – If required wash with fresh water to reduce EC and send for drying process.<\/p>\n

      – Coco peat is drying under the supervision of trained personal. After drying, the moisture content of the material is checked and sends to next stage.<\/p>\n

      – The dried coco peat passes through a vibrating screen to remove long fibers and fine coco dust.<\/p>\n

      – In the next stage the coco peat is mixed with coco chips if it is required by the buyer to make a homogeneous mixture.<\/p>\n

      – The mixture is again tested for electrical conductivity, moisture content and PH then approved for pressing.<\/p>\n

      – Random samples are tested periodically before final packing is completed for shipping.<\/p>\n
